We are here for you!
Our service office is the bookstore on campus, where you'll meet Halvor, who can help you with most of your questions regarding our student accommodation, short-term rental and practical things about your student life in Notodden.

You can meet Halvor at the bookstore on Campus Notodden Monday to Thursday from 10 AM to 2 PM (throughout August, he is open every weekday from 8 AM to 4 PM, including Fridays). He can help you with everything from trouble in your student housing to questions about which student association might suit you — or simply have a chat about student life, whether it’s heartbreak or other small life crises.
In short, anything that’s on your mind as a student — outside of your studies.

Pick up/deliver key
Residents at SSN´s student housing in Notodden can pick up and deliver their key at the bookstore at Campus Notodden. When moving out, keys can be delivered there or in one of the drop boxes:
Høgås:
Marked dropbox by the door to the maintenance building.
Sætre:
Marked dropbox by the mailboxes.
Sentrum Notodden:
Marked dropbox on the right side after entering the building.
IMPORTANT about use of dropbox for delivery of key!
Keys and everything else that is delivered in our dropboxes MUST be put in a named envelope.

Fixed seasonal opening hours
The service offices have reduced opening hours during the winter break, autumn break, in June and July. We are closed during the Easter and Christmas holidays, as well as on all bank holidays.
NB! Please note that if your contract starts on a weekend, bank holiday or holiday, you cannot move in before the next working day at 1 pm. If your contract ends on such a day, you can deliver your key in one of our dropboxes.
